How to send a New Contract link for Heartland National

Navigate to <https://hnlicagent.com/Identity/Account/Login> and log in using LastPass

Click "Contracting Portal"

Click "eContract"

Select "Invite Agent"

In the "Send on behalf of" section, select the correct upline of the agency you are sending a link Spark = Byron Edwards

Enter the Agent's details in the Recipient sections

Select the Contract Level - LOA = LOA - MGA1 = Street - MGA2 = GA - FMO = MGA - FMO1=SGA
If a product line does not show like the screenshot above, that is because the upline is not contracted for that product. Send the upline a new invite to add that product line.

For LOA agents, select Fees paid by Upline

For Street level and above agents, select the "Yes - 9 Months" option.

Click "Preview"

Click "I agree..." then "Send Invite"
