How to send a contract after a form is completed in Assembly (formerly Copilot)

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Completed Forms"

Click "Add" or "Create a webhook"

Select or add your Copilot account

Click here

Select the form you want to watch

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field

Click "form_response.completed"

Click "Update"

Click "Confirm"

Now it's time to test the trigger by submitting the form as your test client. Right-click here

Click "Run this module only"

In your Copilot Dashboard, assign a form for this trigger to your test client and fill it out

Back in Make, you should see that the trigger ran successfully

Add a new module and select “Copilot”

Click "Send a Contract"
