How to send channel messages in Slack when new clients are activated in Assembly (formerly Copilot)

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Activated Clients"

Click "Add" or "Create a webhook"

Name your webhook (optional) and click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab, go to your Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Label your webhook in Copilot and paste the webhook URL from Make

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "client.activated"

Click "Update"

Click "Confirm"

Click "OK"

Add a new module and search for then select "Slack"

Click "Create Message"

Pick your Slack connection or click "Add" to add your account

Select who you want to send the message( a user or a bot)

Name your connection then click "Save"

A pop up will appear to connect your Slack account. Click "Allow"

Click the drop down and click "Select from the list"

Select the channel type you want then click here

Click on the channel you want

Click here to enter the text you want to be sent to Slack when a client is activated

You can use the client information from the first module

When you are done writing the message, click "OK"

To save press **[[control]]** + **[[s]]** for PC or **[[cmd]]** + **[[s]]** for Mac
