Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to the **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration on left navigation

Click on "**Tenant"**

Go to "**Bulk Action" dropdown** on the far right side of the screen

Now click on **"BULK N4 (TERMINATION NOTICE)"**

Once in the "Tenant/ Bulk N4 - Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent" section, click on the **"Termination Date (mm/dd/yyyy) \***" field

Click on "**Signature Date (mm/dd/yyyy)**" field . **Remove** the signature date if you do not want to include the signature

Click on "**Save this action under tenant form history"**

Click on "**Add a calendar event"** field if you want to **add an event** on the calendar

Click on the "**Search**" field to search for a tenant

Click on the **tick box** to select a **tenant or multiple ones**

Click on **"Email Tenant**" to send the "N4(RENT TERMINATION NOTICE)" form in Bulk
