Click "General Settings"

Click "Language Settings"

Choose the language and click "Set as Default"
Alert! Before making a language as 'Inactive', make sure it has been REMOVED FROM DEFAULT. An inactive language should NEVER be default. Else, this will create bugs because system will keep on searching for default language.
