To set or reset your password

Navigate to [https://www.nhmunicipal.org](https://www.nhmunicipal.org/)

Click "Member Portal"

If you do not have a password OR forgot your password, Click "Forgot your password?"

Click this email field and enter your email address.

Click 'Request Password Reset Email'. Check your email for instructions on how to set/reset your password. Check your spam folder.
To log in to the member portal - use this to view your personal information, sign up for newsletters, and view events you have signed up for and attended.

Click "Member Portal"

Click the "Username" field and enter your email address.

Click the "Password" field and enter your password.

Click "Login"

You will see your personal profile. You can make updates, sign up for newsletters, and view the events you have signed up for and attended here.
To log in to the website
Tip! Much of the website is viewable without logging in, but you must log in to access members-only content such as recorded trainings, and to get member prices on publications.

Navigate to <https://www.nhmunicipal.org>

You will see the same login screen that you see when you log in to the member portal. The email and password is the same for both. Click the "Username" field and enter your email address.

Click the "Password" field and enter your password.

You will return to the NHMA website where you can now view and interact with the members only content.
