How to set up and edit request types for Routine Requests

From the HotDoc Dashboard, select **Routine Requests** > **Settings**

Select **Set Up** next to the request types you would like to offer online

Select the delivery methods you would like to offer

**Enter the cost** you would like to charge for this request type.

Click "Update"

Under the **Practitioners** column, click **Set Up** and then **check the box** next to the practitioners you would like to enable for this request type.

Click "Save"

To save your changes, click **Update details** and these requests will appear immediately for patients on your HotDoc page.

If you are using **Best Practice,** and have **Automatic Invoicing enabled** you may need to **select a Practice fee** for your request types. This can be configured in the settings.
