Find the email from us that has been sent to you. (This will not be sent till after May 15th.)

When you open it you will see a welcome invitation, please read through and click "Join Client Portal".

A new browser window will pop up and you can create your password. (You can not edit the fields other than password. If you would like anything listed in other fields corrected or changed, call us at 217-398-9066 or email us at Staff@ecgstaff.com)

Choose your password and enter it in the password field.

Click the "Sign Up" button.
Tip! You will receive this email message when you sign up successfully.

Once you have created your client portal, you can edit any of the fields you would like to on the next screen that should appear.

Click the "Save Demographic Info" button.

You should get a pop up that confirms your changes have been saved.

On the top of the screen you will notice some tabs. The only one you will need to use is "Appointments".

In the "Appointments" tab, you can view your past and upcoming appointments.
