How to set up your qualifying questions for the lead scanner app

Click "Lead Scanner"

Click "ACCESS HERE"

Click "Lead Dashboard"

A new tab will open and you will be pulled through to this login screen. If you are the primary account holder on the e-zone you will get a email with the login details. If you need assistance locating you login details, please contact [sthorn@nineteengroup.com](mailto:sthorn@nineteengroup.com) who can assist

To set up your qualifying questions, click as below

To add a question click as below. We would highly recommend setting up the first question as "Who is the sales agent?" This will allow you to export all your leads post and see what sales agent scanned which lead for post show follow up. Please note what you add here will apply to all lead scanners your team uses onsite.

Add your question and the type you want i.e drop down, multi select, free text etc

Click "Save Changes"

To add more questions, click add qualifier. Repeat until you've added all the questions you like. Then click save changes

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REMOVE A QUESTION WHILST THE EVENT IS ON, YOU RISK CORRUPTING THE DATA YOU'VE ALREADY SCANNED.
