How to sign up for Temelio and create an organization profile

As a grantee, you will access a foundation's application via their website or directly be invited via email. If you are invited via email, you will click the "click here to view" button and be prompted to sign in. If you are coming from a public website link, skip this step.

You'll be taken to Temelio's login page where you will click "Sign Up."

**Using the email address the invitation was sent to or your organization email address if coming from a public link**, create a username and password and click the "Create Account" button.

You will then be taken to a form to complete an organization profile. (All fields are optional, expect for "Entity legal name.")\ \ Note: You can click the "EIN through Candid integration" button at the top of the page if you are a registered organization and many of the fields with auto populate for you.

On the last page of the form, you can add additional team members that may need access to your organization's Temelio profile.

You'll also need to select who the Primary Contact will be. (Signatory is optional/can be added later in the team settings.)

When finished, click the "Complete setup" button.

You will then be taken to the Dashboard page of the organization profile. Here, you can see a summary of information related to grants from the foundation. On the left hand side of the page, there are various tabs that will take you to a different page to see more detailed information.

The Tasks tab shows action items that need to be/have been completed in the system. (e.g. reports)

The Proposals tab shows a table with all proposals/applications that have been completed in the Temelio system.

The Documents tab shows a record of all documents uploaded through previous/current proposals.

In the upper left corner, click the arrow down button to navigate to "Team Settings."

In Team settings, you can add new/remove team members, update existing team member information, select/change the primary contact, select/change the signatory, etc.

In General settings, you can edit/add organization profile information.
