"Speaking mins" shows the total speaking time in a month.

"AI tokens" shows the tokens used in a month.

Speaking minutes and AI token usage reset on the 1st of each month. You may continue to study activities that do not require minutes or tokens (e.g. Watch, Listen, Read, Review) even if you reach your limits.
