How to upload files to client file channels in Assembly (formerly Copilot) when documents are completed in PandaDoc

This Zap will allow you to automate syncing signed PandaDoc documents to client file channels in Assembly (formerly Copilot).

Navigate to your Zapier dashboard and click + Create to start creating your Zap.

Click the "Search…" field.

Type "PandaDoc"

Click "PandaDoc"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Click "Document Completed"

Click "Continue"

Click "Choose" to select your connected PandaDoc account, or connect a new one.

Click "Continue"

Click "Test trigger"

Click "Continue"

Type "Copilot"

Click "Copilot"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Click "Find a Client"

Click "Continue"

Click "Choose" to select your connected Copilot account, or connect a new one.

Click "Continue"

Click here.

Click "Recipients Email"

Click "Continue"

Click "Test action"

Click here.

Type "Copilot"

Click "Copilot"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Click "Find a File Channel"

Click "Continue"

Click "individual" in the dropdown for the Membership Type input.

Click here.

Click "2. Find a Client in Copilot"

Click the "Search…" field.

Type "Copilot"

Click "Copilot"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Click "Create File"

Click "Continue"

Click "Choose value…"

Click "Custom"

Type the name of the document including the extension (.pdf or other).

Click here.

Click "1. Document Completed in PandaDoc"

Click "Pdf"

Click "Continue"
