How to upload files to company file channels in Assembly (formerly Copilot) when documents are completed in PandaDoc

As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "PandaDoc"

Click "Watch Documents"

Click "Add"

Click "Add"

Click the "Connection name" field and name your connection

Click "Save"

A popup will appear. Click "Authorize"

Click the "Webhook Name" field and name your webhook

Click "Select All"

Click "Recipient Completed"

Now it's time to test the trigger by sending a test document on PandaDoc and signing it as a your test client. Right-click here.

Click "Run this module only"

After signing the test document, back in Make you should see that the trigger ran successfully

Add a new module, search, and then select “Copilot ”

Click "List Clients"

Click the dropdown and select your connection or click "Add" and your Copilot account
