Tip! Before starting this guide ensure you know your SMG Username & Team Kinetic Password. If you need a username hint or password reset email; StephenHolder@ScotiaMedicalGroup.org.uk
Tip! Ensure you have scanned copies/ photos or screenshots of the documents you need to upload; - Driving Licence or Passport - SMG Disclosure Scotland PVG Certificate - FREC3 Certificate or HCP Qualifications - Introduction Certificate (Complete via PULSE) - Safeguarding Certificate (Complete via PULSE) - ACT Training Certificate (Complete via PULSE) - Naloxone Certificate\*If required for your role.
Warning! - The system will block you from joining events if you have not added all of the above documents. (Excluding Naloxone as that is only required for some roles)

Log into **Team Kinetic** via www.scotiamedicalgroup.org.uk/login

Click "**Docs & Qualifications**"
Tip! Some documents may have been added for you, please check and update if required.

Click "**ADD**"

Select the Document Type from the drop down. In the "Description" field describe the document you are uploading. I.e Passport, Driving Licence or PVG Certificate etc.

Choose the file you wish to add via the "**Choose File**" button and then Click "**UPLOAD**"
