Click "Log in with SSO Account"
After clicking on the SSO log-in, you may be rerouted to Inside Augsburg to log in. DUO confirmation may be required to confirm log-in.

On the dashboard, click "Add Request"

Name the Request. Please use this to name your request. Do not put your name.

Click "Create Request"

Select "Augsburg University."

Enter your department in the "Department" field.

Enter your email in the required "Email" field. Optional: add your phone number in the "Phone" field.

Select your Marketing and Communication needs for the request. Select all that applies.

Some of the "Design" options will prompt an additional question. Please indicate your deliverable.

Select your audience options.

Add the website URL if applicable.

In the "Please describe what you are seeking. List as many details as possible:" field, indicate your request needs. Be as descriptive as possible about what you are looking for.

In the "List additional people who need to review and approve the project:" field, indicate who else should review and approve the deliverables during the proofing stage(s).

Indicate if these items will be posted around campus. Anything posted around campus must be reviewed and approve by the Dean of Students office.

Please select a Delivery Date. Dates for tasks are estimated to take up to three weeks. The earliest date you can select for a project is three weeks. If you have questions about this, please e-mail marcomm@augsburg.edu.

Fill out the information for Cost Centers. All lines are required to help MarComm assess the project needs and help us find the right vendors/printers for the project.

Once the form is complete, click "Submit Request" button.
