Creating Saved Status

**Tip – Saved Status:** Saved status allows you to pre-answer all single-choice and multiple-choice questions, then save your responses. This creates a reusable Master Copy that you can access anytime—making it easy to duplicate and tailor for different sites or scenarios.

Click on the X on the top right of the form. Click here.

Click "Save and Exit"

**Tip – Saved Status:** Saved status functions like a browser cookie—it stores your progress locally on the device you're using (laptop or mobile). If you clear your cookies or switch devices, your saved status may be lost, so it's best to complete and submit your form on the same device.

To see your saved status Click "Show saved states"

Your saved status will be listed in date order. Click "Launch"

Final Steps: Once you've finished your edits, save the form as normal. After saving, be sure to wait for the confirmation screen—the one with the large green tick—before closing the system. This ensures your changes are properly recorded.

Deleting a Saved Status

Tip! All your saved statuses will be on here on the list. Remember to delete the saved status after you have completed the form.
