How to use Transcription

This step-by-step guide will show you how to access transcriptions of your meetings. Please Note: Transcriptions are only provided for sections of the meeting that have been recorded.

Ensure the microphones of all parties that will be speaking are turned on.

Click "Start Recording". Transcription is only provided for recorded meetings.

Click "Stop Recording" when you're finished.

Click "Save".

Click on "Transcripts". Please Note: Transcripts can take a few minutes to process, depending on the duration of the recording.

Click on the transcript file.

View the full meeting transcript.

Scroll down to view the meeting summary.
