How to use account lists to search for contacts.

Navigate to [https://www.linkedin.com/sales/home](https://www.linkedin.com/sales/home)

Click "Account filters"

Select the relevant account filters for example: Company headcount.

Select the relevant account filters for example: Headquarters location.

Select the relevant account filters for example: Industry.

Once you are happy with the results select companies and add them to an account list.

Select all and click save. You can also select companies one by one by checking the boxes.

Either select an existing account list or create new one. If you are adding to an existing list skip step 9 and 10.

If you create a new list name it in a way that it is descriptive.

Click "Create and save".

Go through every page and save the accounts to the list.

Once you are done with adding all the companies, click on 'Lead.'

Once you are on the Lead filters page, remove all 'Industry'

Add another filter called 'Account lists' in the Workflow section of the filters.

Search for the account list you want add and click on 'Include'

Once you add the account list you Sales Navigator will filter in all the employees from all the companies in that account list. Here you add the 'Job title' keywords.

Use Boolean search filters for more accuracy. Here is an example 'Head' AND 'Sales' which will show all people that have the keywords Head and Sales in their title. Please note that the maximum number of leads you can see is 2500 so make sure to apply filters till you reach a number lower than that. At this point you can copy the URL and paste it in hubsell. As explained in the next steps.

Go to your hubsell account.

Click on this Menu button to expand the left side bar panel.

Click on Searches to go the page where all your searches are kept.

Click on the plus icon on the top right which will bring out a menu that you see in the next step.

In the first field paste the Sales Navigator URL.

Name your search.

Select the user corresponding to the Sales Navigator account.

Select the segment where the sourced data will go.

Add the number of contacts to be sourced per day. Maximum here is 250 because otherwise you may be restricted by LinkedIn for viewing too many profiles.

Click on 'Create search' to add the search in your list of searches.

Once the search is added and no other search is currently running, you can click on the play button to start it. After this the search will auto start every day and hit the amount of contact per day as selected. It will continue doing until it completes the entire search.
