How to use the Alternative Withdrawal Tool for ZKsync Lite

The following steps were done on testnet so expect some images to be different but the steps are the same.

Navigate to [https://lite.zksync.io/](https://lite.zksync.io/)

Click on the Ethereum symbol in the bottom right to switch between mainnet and testnet.

To connect your wallet to the ZKsync Lite Mainnet select the "Ethereum Mainnet" for your network.

Click "Alternative Withdraw".

Enter the ZKsync address.

Select the token to withdraw.

Select the method to pay the fee.

Read the message in your wallet pop-up and sign if everything looks correct.

The funds should be in your wallet on Ethereum L1 within 24 hours. If you do not see your funds within 24 hours, please email us at [withdraw@zksync.io](mailto:withdraw@zksync.io) with the following information: 1. Your ZKsync address 2. The token and the amount 3. The Ethereum transaction hash of the fee payment
