How to use the Role Security Administrator (RSA) ServiceNow Catalog Request Form

Login to the ServiceNow Catalog and go to the "Access and Accounts" catalog. Select "Oracle Financial Cloud Roles Update Request".

The Request can be submitted for yourself or another person. Make the selection in the field below using the drop down arrow on the right. If you are requesting on behalf of another user, enter their name.

Next you will need to select "Add" in order to add, update, or remove access.

In the popup windown, there are two required fields, "Action" and "Persona".

In this example, we are going to select "Add Access".

Next, under the "Persona" field, use the drop down menu to select the appropriate "Persona" for access. For help with Gateway Personas, see the [Gateway Roles Matrix](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tz2gVVeY3sO5hHXW04T_2lB3rljL1Yta2ZN8o2vC1sY/edit?usp=sharing).

Use the scroll bar to select the appropriate "Persona". **NOTE:** *If you do not see the Persona listed that you need, select the closest Persona. In the description field (once you click "Add"), you will want to include the specific Personas you need, and if appropriate the corresponding FRUs and Levels.*

Note that in the Persona Options, "Jaggaer" is listed. Jaggaer is also known as Gateway.

In this example, we have selected the "Jaggaer Receiver" Persona. Next, you will want to select the "Security Context".

In this example, the Security Context will be "Project Organization Classification." Once selected, click "Add".

Next, you will want to provide additional details about your request, and then submit the Request. *Note: if you are requesting FRU Approver access, please list the FRUs and the Level (Level 1 - 4).* FRU Approver Ranges:\ Level 1: $0-$2,500\ Level 2: $2,500.01-$5,000\ Level 3: $5,000.01-$25,000\ Level 4: $25,000.01-$999,999,999
