How to use the table of contents in Pages

Add a Table of Contents

Navigate to your Page in edit mode

Enter [[/]] to bring up the menu, select "H2" to add a Header and name it as needed

Hover over the bullet points on the left-hand side **Note: *Any headers you included (as well as other elements previously included in the page) will be visible on the left-hand side as an interactive table***
Delete the Table of Contents

To delete the table of contents, you can delete each element individually (ie. tables, headers, subheaders), and the ToC will be fully removed from your page
Navigate with the Table of Contents

Select any of the sections in the table of contents and the Page will automatically scroll to that section
