How to view Routine Requests in the HotDoc Dashboard

From the HotDoc Dashboard, select **Routine Requests,** then **Submissions**

Here you will see the history of all requests, including those in a **completed**, **rejected**, **pending** and **approved - payment pending/required** state. You can also **use the filters** or **search by patient name**, for more specific results.

To view the details of a patient's request, click **Review**

Here you will see the information about a patients request, including **any notes** that the **patient or practitioner** added when actioning the request.
