How to view and export Account statements & Portfolio Valuation Reports

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view and export account statements and Portfolio valuation reports on the Dyer & Blair Active Trader system. This guide is useful for anyone who wants to keep track of their transactions and have a downloadable record for their records.

Log into the Dyer & Blair Active Trader system

Navigate to **Reports** item on the side menu, click the Drop Down button and Click **"Statement"**

**Specify the period** you'd like to view a statement of by selecting the From and To Date on the calendar

Click **"Go"** to generate the statement

All transactions that occurred during the specified period will be populated on the statement

To **export** your statement, click on the **arrow** highlighted below

**Select the desired format** to export i.e. CSV, XLS or PDF and your statement will be available for download

**To view your Portfolio**, open the side menu and click **"Reports"** to open a drop down list

Click **"Portfolio Valuation"**

You will get a graphical and detailed summary of your entire portfolio as shown below

**To export your portfolio**, click on the highlighted arrow

**Choose the desired format** i.e. CSV,XLS or PDF and your portfolio will be available for download.
