Adding your SCSOS email through the web interface will not enable synchronization of your contacts or calendar with your phone. To access these additional features, it is recommended to download and use a dedicated mail application. See the "Other Email Options" tab.

Select your search bar.

Enter "Office 365" in the search bar

Select the link shown below.

Click "Sign in"

Step 6: If you are the sole user of the device, select "Yes, this is my device." If the device is shared with other staff members, select "No, other people use this device."

Once you click "Sign in" you will be directed to a Duo link that looks like the page below. Select "Skip for now".\ Duo will send your associated number a SMS with a passcode when you select "Send a passcode".\ Enter the passcode that was sent via SMS to your associated phone number. Click "Verify".

After going the Duo steps, you will be directed to Microsoft 365 home page. To reach your SCSOS email select "Outlook.

Here you will see all your SCSOS emails.

Save Email as a Bookmark

To save this web based email link as a home screen Bookmark select the three dots on the top right of the page to show to drop down menu. Select "Add to Home screen" Select "Create shortcut" Enter the name of the shortcut to something that will help you recognize the email. Select "Add to home screen"

View Calendar

On the bottom of the email page you will see a calendar option. Select "Calendar". Here you can view your county calendar.
