Tip! In this tutorial we will be going over: 1. How to use Tasks in HubSpot 2. How to use the Sales Analytics reporting functions to track sales team emails, calls, tasks, notes and meeting outcomes!

Sign into [HubSpot.com](http://HubSpot.com) and go to "Sales > Tasks" in the nav menu

Click "Sales"

Click assignee

Choose "Me" to see your tasks or click the "X" to see all tasks

To filter tasks choose "More Filters"

Here you can choose to view tasks by status

You can update filter or go back to add different filters

Click "AND" to add additional filters

Choose any additional filters you would like to add

Click "Enter value"

Click "Apply filter"

On the top tabs you can choose to view tasks by due date. Click "Due today" to see tasks due today, remember to use the "Assignee" tab to adjust for different team members.

Click "Overdue"

Click "Upcoming"

Click "Has this deal been renewed?" - This is an automated task list created when deals are within 30 days of their end date. Once a deal is renewed, update the deal property "Is deal renewed?"

Click "Most engaged" - This is a list of your most engaged contacts from email sequences

Now let's take a look at reporting and how all of this shows up in the Sales Analytics Dashboard

Here you can see all the tasks completed by team member. If you click "Kevin Zall, 1,196 Tasks" it'll pull up a list of all the tasks in a detailed table view

Click "Forecasts & Pipelines" to see your Forecasts

Click "Weighted pipeline forecast" for Weighted forecast

On the right hand side you can filter by reps, teams or pipelines
