You must answer those questions:\ \ **1:** What is the position of the visitor at their home institute/organization?\ **2:** Campus visit, remote access only, or hybrid?\ **3:** If campus visit, what is the duration? Get a clear picture of the visit and collaboration. If your PI does not provide you with the necessary information, ask them (see visitor question checklist)

**Tip!** Identifying the appointment type correctly is key to a swift and smooth processing. The questions for Guests, External Affiliates, and Visitors are different. Same if they are remote or on campus. If a request is returned due to the incorrect title/rank, the sponsor and visitor may have to answer more questions and resubmit their forms.
