Easily import your information from a previous show and update it to save time.

Navigate to My Easyfairs and log in, find your upcoming event

Click "Setup stand"
Tip! If you have already set up your stand you will not see the "Setup stand" option. To make changes to your information you will need to click "Manage stand".

You will see two options - "Setup a new stand" and "Import a previous stand". We're going to import the information from last year's event

Click "Import stand"

Select the stand you would like to import. We suggest importing your most recent event.

Click "Add selected"

Scroll down to see the products that will also be imported to your stand. You can amend or delete these at any time.

Click "Select categories"

Click "on the drop down to see the categories available
Tip! Each year the categories may change so you will need to select these each time you book onto a new show. You will be told how many categories to select.

Select the categories that best align with your offering - remember, visitors will use these categories to easily search the website for relevant exhibitors!
