Navigate to [https://zoom.us/download](https://zoom.us/download)

Download the appropriate app for the device you are going to use. You will only need to do this for the initial telehealth session.

Click "Join"

Click the "Meeting ID or Personal Link Name" field. Enter in the Meeting ID # that was sent in the appointment reminder via email or text.

Click "Join."
