To schedule an appointment with your academic advisor or a Student Success Coach, go to [DU Success Hub](https://universityofdenver-c.my.site.com/DUSuccessHub/s/). You can always find the link by using the search bar in [My4D](https://my.du.edu/dashboard).

Click the "Log in" button in the top right.

You should see the Appointments tab by default. Click the "Schedule Appointment" button.

Under Success Team, click "My Assigned Advisors" for your assigned advisors, or choose from advising teams across campus that meet with any student.

Under Advisor, select your advisor's name if looking to meet with someone specific, or you can choose to see all available advisors for teams who meet with all students.
Choose "Student Success Coaching" for Success Team to schedule a coaching appointment. Note that coaches do not provide academic advising. If you don't see appointments for your academic advisor, email them or your department directly.

Make a selection under Topic or Subtopic.

You do not have to select a specific Start Date and End Date. Click "Check Availability" to see all available time slots.

We can see there are time slots available with options for In Person or Virtual appointments. Click the Next button to continue scheduling.

Choose an available time slot.

Choose "In Person" or "Virtual."

Click the "Next" button.

The details of the pending appointment are shown. Optionally, add a note for the advisor in the Additional Information field.

Click "Confirm" to book the appointment.
You will receive an email confirmation (to your DU email address) with the physical location (for in person) or Zoom link (for virtual) for your appointment. Make sure to check your email!

One day in advance, you will see the appointment on the Appointments tab in DU Success Hub. You will not see the location or Zoom link here, only in your email.
