Setting up your Parent Portal

Navigate to [https://login.centralreach.com/login?ReturnUrl=%2F](https://login.centralreach.com/login?ReturnUrl=%2F)

Click "First time user?"

Enter your email address

Select the box next to I'm not a robot

Click "SEND LINK"

If an account is located, instructions with next steps will be sent to the associated email address.

If your email has been entered as an account by our referral specialists then you will receive an email to set up your account. If your email is not located, try another email or contact the office [**859-224-2273**](tel:+18593273033)

You will receive an email from CentralReach to "Set up your CentralReach Account"

Click "**CONFIRM ACCESS & SET UP PASSWORD**"

Set your password

Navigate to the CentralReach Browser: <https://centralreach.com/>

Click "Login"

Click "Log In" to the Central Reach option

Click the "Email address" field.

Click "NEXT"

Click the "Password" field.

Click "LOG IN"

Navigating the Portal

The Dashboard is your homepage and the default landing page when logging in to the portal. The Dashboard is composed of 4 widgets to help you get a quick overview and easy access to their most **recent call activity**, **files, messages**, **and appointments**.

Your Dashboard is completely customizable. Widgets can be stretched/shrunk, dragged, and moved around to different locations based on your preference.

"Files Pending My Signature Added Recently", is where you will be able to send and receive documents that need your attention.

The Messages menu is where you can communicate with your therapist and admin team directly.

The message threads are set up similar to an email chain.

In the Files menu, you will have access to all of the documents uploaded to your account, such as session Notes & Forms, medical reports, insurance authorizations, videos, photos, etc. The documents included in this menu can be uploaded by the family, or can be shared by other contacts connected to your child in Central Reach (therapy team). Families can also share documents with others at Marshall Pediatric Therapy.

To sign a document Click "Note/Form" at the top of the menu

Navigate the forms Click "Next" to flip pages.

The Billing menu includes all of your invoices. From Billing, you can easily preview and download your invoices, and pay invoices.

The Schedule Menu shows a calendar of all of your upcoming appointments.

Using the icons on the top right of your schedule, you can "print," "share," and export your calendar to other calendars like Google or Apple calendar.

Add your Availability

You can add your availability for appointments so the scheduling team will know the time that works best for your family.

Click the icon in the top left corner and press your child's name

Click "SETTINGS"

Click "Availability"

Click "Add New"

Name the time you are available for therapy

Click "Save Availability"

Click the icon in the corner of your screen

Click on your child's name

Click "Profile Picture"

Click this file field. Make sure to meet the size requirements indicated.

Click "Crop & Finish"

Click "Set up any notifications you'd like to receive"

Double-click to indicate which notifications you would like to receive.

Click "Save Settings"
