Log in to your ProjectMark account and click on "Settings".

In the Settings menu, expand the "Integration" section.

Next, expand the "Email" menu.

Finally, access the "Email Sync" page.

In the Email Sync Settings page click "Integrate with Microsoft Outlook"

Next, click "Continue" at the bottom right of the page

You will be redirected to the Outlook login page. Enter with your credentials to continue.\ At this point, you may or may not need authorization from your IT department.

After integrated you will have two options:\ "Automatic Email Association" which creates logs for all emails sent or received when related with any opportunity contacts.

The second option is "Outlook Add-in Email Association", which creates logs only for emails you manually select using our Outlook plugin.
