Navigate to your website

Click on the Chatbot icon.

Click the "Write message" field.

Click the "Write message" field to input your prompt where your options are basically limitless.

If you pose a question about a supplier, it will answer with selling points you can use

If there is content published on your website relating to the prompt you used, at the end of the answer it provides. It will also include links to content with keywords similar to those in the prompt you used, as well as links to content you've previously clicked on.

This is the most importatnt button your customers need to use from your chatbot.

They'll fill out the form, submit it and generate a lead that will be sent to you. This lead will include all the details you need to make contact with them as well as information about their interaction with your chatbot.

Generate Almost Every Type of Content

Menu options for creating content for your website will appear. You can create itineraries, answers, social media posts, blogs, guides, and even crash courses to basic or common words they will use in their destination. But don't worry, Athena will help you with a lot of the heavy lifting.

Choose the Travel Itinerary option and your screen should present something like the modal below.

The option to "Automatically pick a photo" means that the system will generate a cover image for your content. You have the option to upload an image of your own.

While you wait, you can click the Create Content plus sign to generate more content

Except for Travel Itinerary, all other items of content will be published to your website as blogs. Travel Itineraries are published as products.
Blog Type Content

The Holidays & Events option is one of the easier ones. It's also a great option for providing a "Did you know" feature on your website. Choose a destination, and let the system do the rest for you.

Athena has generated content based on the prompts you setup. Take the time to read through and edit the content with the text editing tool.

If the image generated is not what you had in mind and you can provide your own, click on Choose File to upload from your device. OR Click "Add Free Stock Photos" to peruse other free stock photos.

Scroll through and choose from the options provided if they are to your liking. Remember that you also have the option to upload your own image or stock photo from your device.

Scroll back to the top and click "Content" to be redirected to content you have created using the chatbot.

Here you will find listed the content you have generated but not yet published to your website. Click on the options icon for the dropdown menu of what you can do with your content here.

Your itinerary can only be published as a product and will be found on the experiences page of your website, listed with all your other products.

If you click on either of the publishing options, a success button should appear on your screen like the one below.

Another Way to Create Itineraries

Open the Assistant

Go to Applications

Scroll to the menu at the bottom of the assistant and click Travel Itinerary.

Select up to 6 interest so the AI will generate itineraries to include the selected interests.

In the number field, put the number of days to be spent in each location.

Input the destination in the location field.

Click "Add new place" to create multiple destinations and days to be spent there.

Add as many new places to generate different itinerary options.

Click on the preview icon to review the itineraries created.

You'll be redirected to the itinerary page on your website. There you will find brief descriptions of the locations to visit, activities included, images of the activities and locations highlighted as well as travel insights. The other itineraries created from the additional places included in the prompt. You will find them listed under "Other places in this trip".

The most important button on this page is the "Contact me". This step creates the lead you will receive to planning this trip.

Customers can also click "Make Your Itinerary" to generate their own itineraries from your website.

After clicking on Make Your Itinerary, they'll be redirected to another page where they can build itineraries from your website by following a few simple steps. Exactly the same way you create itineraries using the AI Assistant.
