Admin View: Processing Invoice In-House

Click the [[Search]] field. Type customer name and press [[enter]] Click customer

Click amount that is in the [[Past Due]] field

Click selection box for invoice Click [[Pay Selected Balance]] Select [[payment method]] for customer Click [[OK]] Click [[Print or Email Receipt]]

Customer View: Paying Balance Online

Tell the customer to use their login credentials

It's best for customers to select Switch to Desktop so that they can interact with the invoice appropriately

Click [[Menu]] Click [[Switch to Desktop]]
