Join a Videosign Meeting (Participant)

If you're struggling to join a Videosign meeting, please contact your meeting host in the first instance. They will be able to help you with their processes and raise any technical issues with Videosign directly.

In the email invitation, click the button to join the meeting via the link.

Alternatively, you can [log in to your meeting](https://webclient.suitebox.com/login.php) using the username and passcode provided in the email invitation.

Allow access to your camera and microphone for full functionality of Videosign.

When you join the meeting, you will be asked to allow the site to access your camera and microphone.

A test will run to check for any issues with camera and microphone access. If there are no issues you will be shown the following message. Click on "Enter Meeting" to proceed.

You will be entered into the meeting room. Other participants will become visible once they join the meeting.
