Fill in all the information including your Camp Manager, if needed. If you do not have a Camp Manager, the Kids Pastor information does not need to be duplicated.

If your church is choosing to use Money Bands, click "Opt In ($5 will be added to each camper. Camp Staff can purchase a band at camp.)" field.
