All the various tabs show a variety of possible errors in your PowerSchool SIS. We recommend reviewing your Level Data Validations frequently to have the most accurate possible data.

You can review a different tab buy clicking the tab. For example, selecting "Incident Management"

Please note through different tabs there may be multiple pages to review.

When reviewing your data, some validations have areas where you can click the "List" option.

This will allow you to review the reason there is an error; along with a quick link to the task to make updates to clear the error.

If you were to select a validation that has an action to click "Fix," this will allow you to correct the error immediately.
Alert! We always recommend you review your factual data (Enrollment information, SPED Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator, or whomever holds the proper data) with the proper contact for the requested fields before updating any information.

Select your dropdown and update the data as necessary.
