Navigate to Line Items either via your account dashboard or...

click "Orders" in the navigation bar.

Click "Orders"

Click "Line Items"

Locate your line item and click on the name.

Welcome to your line item details page! Let's walk through the header first. First, you will see if you line item is flagged. A quick hover over it wills how you the reasoning.

Next you will see the status of your line item. To learn more about statuses visit our Help Center: <https://support.ui.marketing/line-item-statuses>

You can navigate back to the order at any time by clicking the link.

You can see your [Ui.Marketing](http://Ui.Marketing) line item ID

Want to change the name of your line item? Just click the pencil icon to update it.

To see more information about the partner/division/advertiser this line item is for, hover over the info icon in the top right-hand corner.

You will see the Partner, Division, and Advertiser this line item is associated with. As well as who the line item is fulfilled by (either you or AdCellerant), and the advertiser's dedicated Sales Representative. NOTE: The [Sales Representative](https://support.ui.marketing/sales-representatives) shown here is the one associated with the Advertiser. This may differ from the sales rep associated with this order.

For more actions, click the ellipsis in the top right-hand corner.

You can easily view a report, the line item history, and adjust the width of the messages section.

Click "Line Item History" to see the history of changes on your line item.

Click the arrow to see what changes were made.

You can also export the history log to a CSV file.

Adjust the portion of your screen you want for messages. Once you select one, this will be your new default width. If not set, all line items will have a half width. If we select "Two-thirds"...

you will see the messages area expand.

Let's look at the Line Item Management card on the left-hand side. Click the "Followers" field to add any followers to the line item. If you don't see a user listed when searching, you can add them as a listener.

Do you use your own IDs for internal billing or tracking purposes? If so, you can add that ID here. It will remain in the line item and also appear on the line items table.

Under the "General & Allocations" card you can see what information was submitted when you sent us the line item. Under allocations, you can stay up to date on the current allocations for your campaign.

Under "Targeting", you will see the geographical and audience targeting (if applicable) selected when you submitted the line item.

Within the "Assets" card, you can see what assets you originally submitted. To submit new assets, please send them via Messages.

Click "Download Assets" to download any or all of the assets that were uploaded.

If your line item is live and should have reporting, you will see the "Reporting" card.

You can change the date range which will include pacing metrics.

Click "View Report" to be taken to the Advertiser Summary report

On the right-hand side of your line item, you can message with our team!

Need to find a specific message? Search for message text here.

You can then forward that message to the group to keep that communication top of mind.

You can increase the message area of the line item by clicking this icon.

Click that icon to go back to the original view.
