Click "Assign Online Tests"

Alert! If you want students to practice with the Lockdown Browser, select **Tutorial Mode** on the "Select Test" menu.

Click "Preferences in Effect"

Click "Change Assignment Settings"

Click on Security and Privacy.

Toggle on Browser Lockdown Mode.

Click **Set** to save preferences and **assign** test.
Student Experience

Students will open the test in LinkIt!, and a pop-up will appear. They should click **'Launch'** to begin.

A pop-up will appear indicating that the Safe Exam Browser is launching. This will automatically close any other open programs on the device.

Once the test begins, students will be in the LockDown Browser, where they can only reload the page or exit the browser. If a student exits before completing the test, the teacher will need to reopen it for them.
