**Alert!** \~100-200 records can be selected at one time (standard Salesforce list view limitation). Contacts with bad addresses will not go through, thanks to the address verification process.

From your org's Home screen or Direct Mail app, select "Leads," "Opportunities" or "Contacts."

Click here to select the appropriate filter or create a new one

Select each checkbox next to the lead, opportunity or contact you want to mail to or check the "Select All" checkbox here

Click "Show more actions"

Click "Direct Mail"

You may see a pop-up like this if any records are missing an address, are marked as "do not mail" or have received mail in the past 30 days. Otherwise, you’ll be directed to the mail piece builder.

Click "Proceed with Valid"

Continue with mail piece setup.
