Listing Reports

In this demo, we'll be exploring the unique capability to run a variety of reports pertaining to the Brokerage's listing inventory, and provide a brief summary of each.

NAVIGATE TO REPORTS > LISTINGS To start, head to the main navigation tab, select Reports,' and then 'Listing.'

Here, you will see all of the available reports which can be run.

Click "Open House"

OPEN HOUSE REPORT Here, all listings with scheduled (within the System) upcoming open houses will be displayed.

Click "Expiring Listing"

EXPIRING LISTING REPORT In this report, any listings that have an expiration date approaching within the next 60 days will be displayed.

Click "Office Listing Inventory"

OFFICE LISTING INVENTORY REPORT With this report, the overall listing inventory of the company, as well as each office, will be displayed. Additionally, the number of Draft, Active, and Pending listings will be broken down for easy analysis.

Click "New Listing Acquisition"

NEW LISTINGS ACQUISITION REPORT Here, a graph displaying the number of new listings acquired by each office will be displayed.

Click "Prospective Listings"

PROSPECTIVE LISTINGS REPORT Should your Brokerage be utilizing the Prospective Listing Status for not-yet-acquired listings, any which still maintain this status will be displayed, as well as those which have been changed from Prospective Status to either won or lost and any pertaining comments that have been entered.

Click "Listing Quality Control"

LISTING QUALITY CONTROL REPORT For a complete report of any listings which are currently experiencing quality control issues for DASH, the Listing Quality Control report can be run.

Click "Scheduled Seller Report"

SCHEDULED SELLER REPORT - REPORT Finally, to see a full list of scheduled Seller Reports within the System, this report can be utilized.
