Listing Selection Required for Marketing Opportunities

Navigate to Brokerage Engine

Click on the "Invoices" tab

Click the "Marketing & Services" option in the dropdown

Select the Marketing Opportunity that you'd like to require a listing selection for, and click the "Action" button.

Click the checkbox next to "Listing Selection Required"

Click "Save"
Alert! Once you click Listing Selection Required, an additional box will populate giving you the option to Restrict to a Single Listing.
Agent View

Agent opens the "Marketing" tab

Selects the Marketing Opportunity by clicking Start.

They will click the "Next" button

HERE is where the agent would select the listing(s) they want to order this Marketing Opportunity for.
Tip! If you have selected the "Restricted to Single Listing" checkbox on the Marketing Opportunity, then the agent will only be able to select one of their listings instead of selecting multiple.
