Tap on My Listings

Select the listing you want to adjust settings for.

Grant Access

To grant access to your listing via a code or SentriConnect, drop down the Grant Access menu.

Let's start with granting SentriConnect Access to someone.

Put in the email address of the SentriConnect user. If they do not currently use SentriConnect, they will get an invitation via email to do so.

Then put in the start and end date/time for access. Once fields are entered, tap Grant Access.

Put in your PIN code or use biometrics. If using your PIN, enter it and tap Grant Access.

Success screen, hit Done.

You can also grant an access code. Tap Get Access Code.

Put in the name of the person using the code.

Enter the start and end date/time. The lockbox used for this listing is a SentriGuard box, so it uses FlexCodes (allows 30 minutes to 31 days). One Day Codes will show just the date for access. Once all fields are entered, tap Get FlexCode.

Enter your PIN code or use biometrics. Tap OK once PIN is entered.

This screen displays the FlexCode or One Day Code. Tap the > symbol to view the instructions regarding how to use the code.

You can also share the code via multiple methods by tapping the share symbol on the top right. Like with other apps and tools, your phone will pop up with email, text, etc. Once shared, tap Done.

Appointment Settings

Tap the Appointment Settings submenu.

Let's work with appointment types first.

Confirm with Any = any contacts can approve appointments\ Confirm with All = all clients listed have to approve appointments\ Go and Show = showing agents can schedule and go without additional approval

You can also set auto confirm showing acceptance rules. Tap View Auto Confirm to start the process.

Your existing rules will be shown here. Tap the + symbol to add a new rule.

Choose from a timed rule or all day rule. You can also have it as a one time rule or repeating rule. We're going to do a timed, repeating rule here.

Put your start time and end time, then the start date and end date. This gives you the ability to have showing requests automatically confirmed within this window. This is helpful for clients who aren't home during the day and the property is ready to show.

Select the days of the week that the rule will apply to here. Then tap save.

Now you will see your rule here. Tap the < symbol on the bottom right to go back to the settings menu.

Overlapping appointments allows showings to overlap, meaning that multiple prospective buyers will be present at the property at the same time.

If your client wishes to temporarily suspend showings, you can toggle that on here. When a showing agent tries to schedule, they will get a message saying that showings have been temporarily suspended.

Once suspended, you will see this screen pop up. You can toggle it back off here or going back through the settings menu via app or web.

Our system allows the listing agent to determine what happens when their listing goes pending. Tap to see the options.

Two options: cancel appointments and only allow affiliate types after pending or keep appointments and allow all users to schedule as normal. Make your selection and tap save.

If your feedback form is complete, it will say so here. You can only work with the feedback form on web.

If you have a lockbox assigned, you can automatically grant access to agents via SentriConnect here.

Appointment Restrictions

Now let's work with our appointment restrictions.

We will first look at max showing length.

Options include 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Make your selection and tap save.

You can also set advanced notice requirements based on your client's needs.

Our system accommodates 1-24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours notice. Scroll to view all options.

Make your selection and tap save.

The final option is to add appointment restrictions. Tap View Restrictions to get started. This will block scheduling on the days/times set in the rule.

Your existing rules will be here and you can tap the + symbol to add a new one.

Just like or auto confirm rules, you can do timed or all day rules as well as one time rule or repeating rules.

We will do an all day, repeating rule here.

For all day rules, choose a start and end date.

Then select which days in the range to use the rule on. Once done, tap save.

You will see your rule here.

Showing Instructions

You can provide additional showing instructions through the menu as well.

The top section is our standard instructions list. Toggle these on and off as you wish.

You can also assign a lockbox from this submenu.

There are also additional lockbox settings, tap through to use those.

You can set the box type in the first section. We allow for all SentriLock box types, mechanical, and other. Here you can also put the lockbox instructions. This information will only be shared when an appointment is confirmed. Finally, add a lockbox photo. Tap change photo and find the appropriate photo. Then tap save.

Set your alarm instructions through this submenu as well.

Set here if the property has an alarm and provide the alarm code and additional notes. These will not be shared unless the appointment is confirmed.

Use additional information to provide more showing instructions that may not be in your MLS settings.

There is a freeform box here where you can type in the additional information. Tap save when done.

Manage Contacts

Tap through to manage your contacts for this listing.

You will see your current contacts here. You can add contacts here including a co-listing agent, client, or office staff. Tap client to add a new one or manage existing.

You can select from the current list of clients.

You can then set that contact's notification settings.

On the success screen tap done.

Now let's add a client from scratch.

Tap the + symbol to add a new client.

Enter all information and tap create client profile.

To add a co-listing agent, tap here.

Now search for and select the agent.

Set the agent's notifications and then tap save. The co-listing agent can also change their settings at any time.

Finally, let's add an office staff member.

Enter the email address and select notifications. Then tap save.

Feedback

The full feedback settings can only be done via web. Tap Feedback here, though, to determine if all feedback will be automatically set to the seller.

Toggle that setting on/off here.

Allow Scheduling Links

You can view details about this here.

Toggle this tool on and you can generate a link for out of area agents to use for scheduling. Tap the share symbol to send that link to someone.

Offers

For Pro tier or higher users, you will have Offers in your menu.

Toggle the feature on here.

You can adjust the instructions for the offers here.

Enter your instructions and tap save.

You can also view your offers here.

You can tap through any offer and edit the status of it. You can also add an offer by tapping the + symbol on the top right. Finally, you can share the offers with your client via the share symbol. Reports

We offer agents the ability to view appointment history through the reports section. Tap to work with it.

Tap view appointment history to view details.

Here you will see the appointment history for the listing. Tap through any to view additional information.

StepAll steps of the appointment process is listed here including notifications, appointment confirmation and cancellations, as well as changes to appointments.

Attach Documents

Our system allows listing agents to attach documents to their listings, much like they can in the MLS.

Tap manage attachments to add documents.

At the bottom, tap the Upload. And then determine what source you want to use for the file.

Find your file on your device.

Provide a description in the box. You can also delete files through this screen.
