Select the listing you want to adjust settings for.
Grant Access

To grant access to your listing via a code or SentriConnect, drop down the Grant Access menu.

Let's start with granting SentriConnect Access to someone.

Put in the email address of the SentriConnect user. If they do not currently use SentriConnect, they will get an invitation via email to do so.

Then put in the start and end date/time for access. Once fields are entered, tap Grant Access.
Your app will use your PIN code or biometrics to authorize the generation of the code next.

Success screen, hit Done.

You can also grant an access code. Tap Get Access Code.

Put in the name of the person using the code.

Enter the start and end date/time. The lockbox used for this listing is a SentriGuard box, so it uses FlexCodes (allows 30 minutes to 31 days). One Day Codes will show just the date for access. Once all fields are entered, tap Get FlexCode.

Appointment Settings

Tap the Appointment Settings submenu.

Let's work with appointment types first.

Confirm with Any = any contacts can approve appointments\ Confirm with All = all clients listed have to approve appointments\ Go and Show = showing agents can schedule and go without additional approval

You can also set auto confirm showing acceptance rules.

Choose from a timed rule or all day rule. You can also have it as a one time rule or repeating rule. We're going to do a timed, repeating rule here.

Put your start time and end time, then the start date and end date. This gives you the ability to have showing requests automatically confirmed within this window. This is helpful for clients who aren't home during the day and the property is ready to show.

Select the days of the week that the rule will apply to here. Then tap save.

Now you will see your rule here. Tap the < symbol on the bottom right to go back to the settings menu.Tap here.

Overlapping appointments allows showings to overlap, meaning that multiple prospective buyers will be present at the property at the same time.

If your client wishes to temporarily suspend showings, you can toggle that on here. When a showing agent tries to schedule, they will get a message saying that showings have been temporarily suspended.

Once suspended, you will see this screen pop up. You can toggle it back off here or going back through the settings menu via app or web.

Our system allows the listing agent to determine what happens when their listing goes pending. Tap to see the options.

Two options: cancel appointments and only allow affiliate types after pending or keep appointments and allow all users to schedule as normal. Make your selection and tap save.

Set here if the property has an alarm and provide the alarm code and additional notes. These will not be shared unless the appointment is confirmed.

Use additional information to provide more showing instructions that may not be in your MLS settings.

Manage Contacts

You will see your current contacts here. You can add contacts here including a co-listing agent, client, or office staff. Tap client to add a new one or manage existing.
