Listing Statuses

Draft Listing

Navigate to the listing: On the main navigation bar, click "Listings".

If the listing is a residential listing, click "Residential Sales".

This listing is currently in "Draft" status, and it is ready to launch.

Click the "Action" button for the listing to access the listing's detail page.

Notice the status on the left of the screen in the "Listing Essentials" pane.
Good to Launch

Click "Good To Launch" to change the status from "Draft" to "Good To Launch".

Notice on the left in the 'Listing Essentials' pane, the listing is now in "Good To Launch" status.
Tip! Draft and Good to Launch statuses are only within BE. These listings will only be pushed to Dash once you have made them Active by clicking "Launch".
Launch

When the listing is ready to go live, click "Launch".
Active Listing

Verify the status has changed by viewing the "Listing Essentials" pane on the left. Notice that this listing is now "Active".

Should you need to withdraw or expire the listing, you'll click the "Change Status" button.

When you click the dropdown menu, you'll see two options: "Expired" and "Withdrawn". If either applies, you'll choose it here and click "Save".

Click "-- Select Listing Status --" and select either Expired or Withdrawn.

Then, click "Save".
Expired Listing

If you need to change a listing status to "Expired", click "Change Status".

Click "-- Select Listing Status --"

Click "Expired"

In the "Listing Essentials" pane, notice it now shows the listing status as "Expired".

If you need to extend an expired listing's Expiration Date, find the Expired listing, and click "Extend".

Enter the new Expiration Date.

Click "Extend" to save it. This will move the listing status back to Active if the date entered is in the future.

In the "Listing Essentials" pane, notice the status of the listing has been changed back to "Active".
Withdrawn Listing

If you need to Withdraw a listing, Click "Change Status"

Click "-- Select Listing Status --"

Click "Withdrawn"

In the "Listing Essentials" pane, notice the status of this listing is now "Withdrawn".

If you need to reactivate a "Withdrawn" listing, open the correct listing, and Click "Reactivate".

In the "Listing Essentials" pane, notice it changed the listing status back to "Active".
Pending Listing

Once a transaction is added to a listing, this will update the listing status to "Pending".

Click "Add Transaction"

Now your listing is in "Pending" status
Closed Listing

Once a transaction is closed, this will update the listing status to "Closed".

Which will then update the listing status to "Closed"
