Click the app launcher menu

Click "Email Templates"

Click "New Email Template"

Click "Select Folder". Create a new folder or add to the Public Email Templates folder. Templates in the "Private Email Templates" are only available to you.

Click "Public Email Templates"

Click "Select Folder"

Click the "Subject" field and enter an email subject. You can modify this later. Do not include Letterhead as it is not supported by the builder.

Click "Save"

Click "Edit in Builder"

You are now in the builder! Note: to use images for email templates, when you first upload the image to Files you will need to mark it as externally available.
