This is part 1 to send the locked print job to the printer.

Click "Print" on whichever Application you are using.

Select the printer you would like to print to and then click "Printer Properties"

Click "Modify"

Click "Drop Down Button"

Select "Locked Print"

Click Drop Down for "User ID:" then select "Windows Login Name"

Create a (4 to 8 digit number) "Password". You will need this password at the Printer.

Click "OK" to confirm the "User ID" and "Password"

Click "OK" to save changes

Then click "Print"
This is step 2 to print the job when your physically at the copier.

Tap the "Printer" button

Click the "Print Jobs" tab then find your name and click the button

Click on your Locked password protected print job

Type in your (4-8 digit number) password from earlier steps and click "OK"

Click "Print"

The Locked print job will print!
