Log In To AACalibration Client Portal

Follow these steps to log in to your AACalibration client portal. This guide will walk you through the login process and how to access your calibration records.

Navigate to [https://www.aacalibration.com/](https://www.aacalibration.com/)

Click "CLIENT LOGIN"

Type in your username and password

Go to the Home Screen

Click Home Links

Then select Certificate Lookup

From here you can rearrange the columns

You have the option to sort by type, ID, Last Calibration Date, Etc..

Highlight the desired equipment, then click the printer on the bottom left

Select either "All Equipment" or "Highlighted Equipment"

Un-Check "Also Save as One PDF File" if you want your certificates separated out individually

Click OK to download/print certificates

You also have the option to select a date range of certificates. To do so, select range instead of Last Event

From here you can select the range

The next few steps will show us selecting certificates from January 2024 - March 2026

You can name your zip file

If you wish to view the history/certificate of one item at a time go to "Equipment View"

Click on the ID#

This brings you to all of your equipment where you can select an individual piece

Then, go to the History tab at the bottom and select the event you wish to view

Press the printer icon to print the certificate

Next, you'll see a more advanced equipment search. Select search at the top then, EquipmentFinder

Select Advanced Equipment Selection

Select Click here to add condition

Click "Company"

Change that to Last Calibration Date, then click "is on"

Here you have different options, we selected "within last year"

Click the drop down button

Press OK

Then, click the printer at the top right

Print Certificates

From here, it is the same as before.
