Click your Windows Start Page or Apple Start Page.

Select your internet browser of choice.

On your New tab, click the **"Home"** icon. You will be directed to UI Health's SharePoint site.

On your SharePoint page, click the **"LMS/TMS"** tile.
Tip! If you are logging in from a personal device outside of the hospital network, navigate directly to [**http://uihealth.csod.com**](http://uihealth.csod.com) instead.

Click **"SSO Login"** button to be directed to the Learning and Talent Management System.
Alert! If you're logging in from a personal device, you'll be prompted to complete two-factor authentication when using the SSO Login process.
