Access the Member Portal

Go to [www.sk.bluecross.ca.](http://www.sk.bluecross.ca) Click **“LOGIN”** in the top navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, select **“MEMBER PORTAL”.**

First-Time Users

The **Member Portal** will open in a new window. First time here? Click **“REGISTER”** to create your account.

**First-time users will be prompted** to enter their identification number, policy number, and some personal information to verify their identity. Once complete, click **“CREATE ACCOUNT”** to register for the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Member Portal and App. An email will then be sent to the address you provided, prompting you to **set your password** and complete your registration. **Tip:** Click the blue **“?”** icons for helpful self-serve guidance along the way.

Returning Users

The **Member Portal** will open in a new window. If you've already registered, simply enter your **email address** and **password** to log in. **Forgot your password?** Click **“FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD”**, enter your email, and a secure email with reset instructions will be sent to you.
