Logging Into the Carousel Digital Signage Platform

This guide walks you through logging into Carousel.

All previous users of digital screen signage have been sent an invitation to sign up with Carousel. The welcome email will be titled “You've been invited to Carousel Cloud!” In the email, click on “Set Up My Account”.

Please note that the invitation is time-sensitive, so you’ll need to accept it upon invitation. If you miss your window, just email[clmcarousel@wfu.edu](mailto:clmcarousel@wfu.edu) to have your invite resent. You’ll also receive an automated follow-up message from a Carousel representative. Please disregard this email, as all WFU-related resources are best supported on our [Campus Life Marcoms website](https://marcom.campuslife.wfu.edu/digital-screens/).

You will be prompted to sign in using your WFU SSO (Single Sign-On). This easy access feature has been enabled for all faculty, staff, and students! All done!

All users have also been added to a Carousel Digital Signage Members Google Group. We’ll communicate any broad system updates to this group as they become available.

If you are a first-time user—you have never submitted content to a digital screen— or you were not added as a previous user, you’ll receive an error message when trying to log in via SSO. See below.

You'll just need to [request access to the Google Group](https://groups.google.com/a/gg.wfu.edu/g/carouselmembers) to be added as a user. Upon review, users will be added to the group within 48 business hours.
